Dominant second half pushes No. 3 Dunbar to 14-0; Phillip and West score 44

Junior post Jamal West scored 23 points, and senior wing DaShawn Phillip added 21 points as third-ranked Dunbar High defeated Edmondson, 64-42, in a Baltimore City Division I boys' basketball match on Bob Wade Court in east Baltimore.

The Orleans Street school (14-0 overall) went on a 27-0 second half run to remain the lone unbeaten in Division I (4-0). The top two teams in the standings will play for the city title next month.

Deshawn Ruffin had 18 points for Edmondson (9-4, 2-2 Division I), which trailed 26-23 at halftime. Sean Evans added 11.
