Bryn Mawr picked up another 5-0 victory in IAAM tennis, on Monday, as the Mawrttians defeated visiting Mount de Sales, without dropping a set.
No. 1 Gina Hong went even further as she did not lose a game in her 6-0, 6-0 victory over Jennie Phelps. At No. 2, Lucy Burchell battled to a 6-4 victory in the first set of her match with Meghan Owings and then cruised to a 6-0 win in set number two.
Aleeza Hashmi and Ellie MacLaughline were 6-4, 6-2 winners over Mary Kate Facchina and Gabby Cha at No. 1 doubles, while Anna Hashmi and Eliza Calkins topped Elizabeth McCollum and Michelle Nappi, 6-4, 6-3 in No. 2 doubles.
The closest match of the day took place in No. 3 doubles, but again Bryn Mawr won in straight sets, as Eliza Montague and Emma Afrooktih outlasted Brooke Dignan and Alyssa Ferguson 62, 7-6.
