Rodriguez and Nelson each have a goal and an assist for the Bruins


No. 3 Broadneck built a 3-0 half time lead, on the road Tuesday, and cruised to a 4-1 Anne Arundel County boys soccer victory over Glen Burnie. The win moved the Bruins to 10-0 in the County and solidified their undisputed hold on first place.

Jeremiah Rodriguez, Zach Madairy, Ethan Colon and Anders Nelson scored the goals for the Bruins (12-1 overall). Rodriguez and Nelson also had assists, as did Mikey Johnson.

Glen Burnie’s goal was scored by Gage Perkins and Fernando Buruca had an assist for the Gophers. Trevor Kramer also had 10 saves for Glen Burnie (3-7, 1-6), while three Broadneck keeps combined for just one stop.
