Henry records hat trick as No. 5 Bobcats remain perfect

Julia Henry scored three goals and Maggi Hall finished with two goals and an assist, leading No. 5 Bel Air High to a 13-7 victory over Howard in a non-league girls’ lacrosse contest in Harford County Thursday.

Hall added eight draw controls for last year’s Class 4A/3A state champs, who improved to 3-0 on the young season. Megan Dee led the defense which allowed its fewest goals so far this spring.

Grace Wehland scored twice and Anna McQuay, Keeley McHugh and Gabby Trzeciak each finished with two assists.

Kelly Schleuderberg had two goals and an assist for Howard (1-2), and Jess Vetter scored twice.
