The Havre de Grace Warriors were unselfish to say the least in their most recent boys’ lacrosse win, scoring 13 of their 14 goals against Edgewood with assists in a 14-3 victory.
Junior Justin Gosnell was a key shooter and disher for the Rams, scoring six goals and making three assits, while Senior Mark Holloway earned the gold star for sharing in his seven-assist night.
Senior Chris Castillo had three goals and an assist, while Austin Sylvester, Chris Schulz and Kip Brown each added a goal and assist.
Defense was the other half to the Havre de Grace win, as it was led by junior and first year lacrosse player Ryan Bastian, as well as sophomores Michael Laubner and Jahre Jordan.
Laubner and Jordan saw extensive action due to injury and illness of two senior defenders, and posted performances with Chris Castillo and his long pole help in man-down situations.
Tyler Coakley was a wall in the Warriors goal, making 10 saves and allowing just three goals.
Havre de Grace next takes on Bohemia Manor, Thurday, hosting the Eagles in boys’ lacrosse action.
