The Aberdeen Eagles worked to a wrestling win, Wednesday, using a string of five consecutive falls to win the 47-34 final over the Edgewood Rams.
Trailing in the match, 28-11, the Eagles added 30 team-points when Hutchins (145), Savage (152), Becks (160), Fletcher (171) and Hogan (189) all pinned their opponents for six-point wins, and retook a 41-28 lead over the Rams.
One match later, it was Aberdeen’s Websters closing out the dual meet with a fall at heavyweight, sealing the 13-point victory.
Edgewood started the match well with two forfeits and falls from Kluchinsky (135) and Neal (140), adding to a major decision from Rowe at 125 to take the lead early in the match.
McKissett also scored a win for the Rams, earning a forfeit at 215.
Aberdeen will next take on Patterson Mill, Dec. 22, as Edgewood heads to the Joppatowne Duals, Dec. 17.
