Annapolis Area Christian came into its MIAA C Confrence opener on Friday night with an undefeated record and a red-hot offense.  The Eagles, however, were shutout in the opening half and needed 21 fourth quarter point to rally past visiting St. Vincent Pallotti, 28-21, at Arundel High School.

AJ Bright staked Pallotti to a 6-0 lead with a one yard second quarter run.  Allen Hall also scored in the first quarter for the Panthers and Travis Harris booted a 22 yard field goal.  Pallotti went to the half with a 15-0 advantage.

AACS (5-0, 1-0) got its first points in the third quarter as Chris Chick found Malique Johnson for a 16-yard touchdown pass, but Pallotti countered with a five-yard touchdown run by Tyler Drew to lead 21-7 at the end of three quarters.

James Anderson drew the Eagles closer with a nine-yard score early in the foruth quarter and then put AACS on top with a 19-yard touchdown reception from Tony Paige and the subsequant two-point conversion run.  The final margin of victory was supplied by Paige who intercepted a pass, with 32 seconds to play, and returned it 26 yards for a touchdown.
