Sixty-five rising senior football players recognized as best heading into the fall of 2022
The Baltimore Touchdown Club has announced its 25th annual Super 22 team, featuring 65 rising seniors who are now eligible to participate in the 2022 BTC All-Star Classic in December.
The team, which was selected by Maryland high school football coaches, were evaluated on their junior year stats, video highlights, performances at combines and reports from their coaches. More than 150 players were nominated.
The majority of players selected to the BTC Super 22 in the past have gone on to outstanding college careers, with several making it into the NFL, including Cyrus Jones, Darius Haywood-Bey and Aaron Maybin.
