Calvert Hall, which captured its first Baltimore Catholic League Tournament championship in more than 26 years, last winter, opens its 2010-2011 basketball schedule on Tuesday, Nov. 30 at home against Gilman.
Coach John Bauersfeld’s squad will also play defending MIAA B Conference champion St. Paul’s on Dec. 1 and it’s MIAA A Conference opener will be at home on Dec. 14 against McDonogh. Other highlights include an appearance in the St. Frances Tip-Off Tournament (Dec. 10-11), as well as appearances in the LaSalle Catholic (PA) Mixer (Dec. 17-18), the Benedictine (VA) Invitational (Dec. 27-29), and it’s BCL league opener against St. Maria Goretti, on Jan. 4 at Calvert Hall.
