Huskies handle Chesapeake-Baltimore County in 2A/1A North boys' lax quarterfinals; Nicosia has five points
Sophomore attack Tom Nicosia had three goals and two assists, and three other players scored three goals as Patterson Mill High defeated Chesapeake-Baltimore County, 20-5, in a Class 2A/1A North Region Section I semifinal contest in Baltimore County Friday.
Mason Fritzges, Matt Gallagher and Nick Repke had three goals for the Huskies (10-6 overall), who will play at Loch Raven in the section final Monday. Junior midfielder Kaleb Mulhausen finished with two goals and an assist.
Balke Tallon and Drew Novad had a goal and two assists as Patterson Mill led 13-2 at halftime. Chance Urban, Brendan Bandy and sophomore Ryan Dyke each scored.
