No. 10 Huskies top Harford Tech in final; Cress has four hits
Thomas Kragh drove in three runs and Nick Cress went 3-for-3 with two RBI and scored four runs as No. 10 Patterson Mill High defeated Harford Tech, 13-2, in the championship game of the Ken Culver baseball tournament Saturday in Harford County.
Steve Spence knocked in two runs for Huskies, who received a RBI from Jake Sheesley, Dan Buzminsky, Justin Noss, Nick Santoro and Alec Michaels. Ethan Rachuba drove in a run for Harford Tech, which defeated Dundalk, 7-6, in the opening round.
Patterson Mill advanced to the final with a 14-4 rout of Manchester Valley. Max Elliott homered and drove in five runs and Eric Raley had two doubles and three RBI.
Kragh, Sheesley and Cress each added a RBI double. Jake Meredith and Andrew Howard each had a RBI for Manchester Valley, which defeated Dundalk, 13-5, in the consolation match.
