Saints edge Chestnut Hill (PA), 9-7
Coming off the 2015 MIAA A Conference lacrosse championship, St. Mary’s was on top of the world. The Saints, however, stepped off a cliff into a 1-15 season last spring.

Perhaps 2017 will end up somewhere in the middle, but for starters it could not be any better as the Saints improved to 3-0, Saturday, with a 9-7 win over Chestnut Hill (PA).

Jack Burnett had three goals and one assist for St. Mary’s, while Taylor Bohanan added two goals and two assists. Lachlan Hertel and Ian Krampf also scored two goals each in the victory, while Alex Ulrich added an assist.

In goal, Aleric Fyock recorded eight saves.
