No. 18 Century upends Westminster for league title three-peat; Tucker and Norman combine for 35


tuckerZach Tucker scored 18 points and Chris Norman added 17 points as No. 18 Century High defeated Westminster, 60-53, to clinch first place in the Carroll County boys' basketball league in front of capacity audience in Eldersburg Friday evening.

The Knights (16-2 overall, 10-0 Carroll) led wire-to-wire, extending their winning streak to 14. Century, which last loss Dec. 13 (Gerstell Academy), has won three of the last four Carroll league titles. 

Tyler Snyder finished with a game-high 20 points for Westminster (11-6, 7-3 Carroll), and Jahmere Campbell chipped in 11.
