Scott Harrelson scored 40 points and Matt O’Dwyer added 15 as No. 10 Dulaney High defeated Patapsco, 81-50, in a Baltimore County Division I boys’ basketball contest in Timonium Friday.

The Lions (16-3 overall, 8-1 Division I) led 48-26 at halftime as they remained tied with Hereford (8-1) for first. The top finishers in Division I and II will play for the county championship in two weeks.

Dulaney plays at No. 17 Milford Mill Wednesday before going to Parkton to meet Hereford Friday evening.
