Pikesville’s Abigail Drager-Davidoff, Mount Carmel’s Nicholas Rose and Maryvale Prep’s Marlee White to be honored

McCormick & Company has announced three more Unsung Hero nominees who will join nearly 200 Baltimore area high school athletes to be honored at the 2018 McCormick Unsung Heroes Banquet in May.

The most recent nominees include Abigail Drager-Davidoff, a cross country and track athlete from Pikesville High School, Nicholas Rose, a member of the boys’ lacrosse team at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and Maryvale Prep girls’ soccer player Marlee White.

The 2018 McCormick Heroes, like their counterparts in recent years, will enjoy a special evening with the Baltimore Ravens, in addition to being the guests of honor at the Unsung Heroes Banquet.

McCormick will award more than $100,000 in Unsung Hero scholarships at its banquet including two grand prize winners, one male and one female, who will each receive a $40,000 Charles Perry McCormick college scholarship.

Last year, Dulaney’s Sean Herrin and Roland Park Country’s Liz Schlerf were the grand prize winners and Baltimore Ravens football legend and 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Ray Lewis served as the keynote speaker.
